Who's Really the Republican Candidate?

In Mississippi yesterday Hillary, a Democrat, got more conservative votes than the Republican nominee John McCain, 74,069-62,788.

She also got 1/3 the Republican votes as McCain. That's not too bad considering she's on the opposing ballot. Since Republican voters are uneasy about their candidate, to say the least, a couple weeks of campaigning and a little more pushing by Limbaugh and she could be their nominee. I'd be almost willing to bet that if she knew that would get her the presidency she'd switch parties in a heartbeat. Who knew the Clinton's could be so popular amongst Republicans. While I'm on the subject, Hillary almost doubled the other Republican contender on the ballot, Mike Huckabee. To be fair, Huck had already pulled out of the race and didn't do any formal campaigning. Yet that didn't stop over 16,000 Republicans from voting for him.

It's a sad situation when McCain can't even win the conservative vote over Hillary. But the chaos and implosion totally belongs to the Dems. Please! I think the MSM is the front runner for the inaugural Fantasy World Award.
