The Obama/Rezko Primer

Archpundit, whom I'm beginning to like more and more, has a nice primer of the Obama/Rezko connection going all the way back to Obama's law school days.

Obama's best connection to any sort of scandal is Obama engaging in a land transaction with Rezko for a slice of adjacent property, of which Obama paid higher than market value. As the Tribune makes note, Obama never used his office to benefit Rezko personally. Buying some land off of a guy about to be indicted is stupid for a politician, but certainly not illegal. Being from Illinois myself, this is tame as politics goes.
