Slimeball

So when Republicans get caught in prostitution rings they always do the right thing and resign, or go to jail like Kent says, right? Wrong. They stay in office, tell the press they've repented of their sins and ask the people to forgive them like Jesus did, and then back their cars into street signs.

That is hillarious. First off, I can't believe a warrior patriot like Vitter isn't driving an American owned car. And why the need for a hybrid when global warming is a hoax? I hoped the police filed a report because leaving the scene of an accident is a crime.

I appreciate the love, Dude.

That is funny. Ugly car, too. For the record, I'm going to sell my BMW and get a hybrid, too, and it's got nothing to do with the global warming hoax and everything to do with having to drive 500 miles a week.

Re: resignation? Why, Vitter's a Senator. He doesn't lead a state, like, say, former Governor Eliot Spitzer. He's not the chief law enforcement officer of a country, like Bill Clinton was, when lying under oath became a matter of national security. Apples and oranges.

Apparently, Vitter and his wife have worked out the problem in their marriage and it really isn't a public issue.

Finally, he's from Louisiana, and as we've seen from a number of politicians that hail from that state, nothing applies.

Vitter is a leader of a state. He's one of two statewide elected federal officials. He broke the law plain and simple. He should resign just like all Republicans do. I'm trying to keep a straight face while typing this.

He gets a different standard because he has an R next to his name. Playing it off that he's a nobody with no real power and not in a position of importance is a real tough spin for a US Senator.

Bill Clinton getting a blowjob has nothing to do with national security. There should have never been an investigation much less an opportunity for him to testify.
