Pick On Bush Day

Since I'm back home and not traveling I'm trying to catch up on some writing. I watched ESPN last night and they must have edited out the booing on Bush's inaugural pitch cause it sure didn't sound anything like this. Here's a clip where the boos can be heard quite well.



I've long suspected ESPN/Sportscenter to be conservatively biased and now I'm fairly convinced. I'm actually surprised the boos weren't louder to be honest. The guy has an approval rating in the mid twenties and is by far the least popular president in 80 years. This is a far cry from Bush's 2001 World Series first pitch. A comparison of the two vids shows just how much has changed in the last 7 years. In this case change is a bad thing.
